The Philippines' National Book Development Board (Filipino: Pambansang Lupon sa Pagpapaunlad ng Aklat), abbreviated as NBDB, is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Education responsible for developing and supporting the Philippine book publishing industry.

The resource contains lesson plans for two days of lecture and activities, a Powerpoint presentation introducing the lesson and individual and group activities.
The materials were created by Raquel Robles, a student who took up Technology in Preschool subject at Centro Escolar University-School of Education. The materials were part of a teaching demonstration done at Mary's Road Learning Center. The resource also contains an E-Portfolio which summarizes the student's experience in teaching demonstration.
